Operating from its two offices in Frankfurt am Main and
Berlin Dr. Leopoldsberger + Partner provides internation-
al valuation expertise for domestic as well as for interna-
tional clients.

The valuation company is specialised in the valuation
of commercial properties and portfolio valuations. Val-
uations of residential propertie are also offered.
Valuation reports can be prepared for single properties
as well as for large property portfolios.

Besides classical valuations of real estate, the company
also provides reports for accounting purposes according
to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IAS/
IFRS).
 Depending on the client we prepare our valuation re-
ports according to german law based on the german Wertermittlungsverordnung (WertV) or according to
the standards issued by the Royal Institution of Char-
tered Surveyors (RICS) or the Appraisal Institute (AI).

Head of the company is Prof. Dr. Gerrit Leopoldsberger FRICS, MAI. He is a Professor for Real Estate Valuation at the Nuertingen-Geislingen University, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors London and Member of the Ap-
praisal Institute Chicago.
